Paris Trip - Misc

Hey Guys!!

Currently I am in the middle of our trip to Paris. We are off to the Sealife Centre today and a bit of a shop see what we can get.

Today though I am sharing with you all the electrical and other general items I have brought with me. I actually haven't really brought as much with me as I would normally take on a holiday, that's having a carry on limit for you. Anyway here are the items I have brought.

My handbag is new and I haven't actually used it yet I specifically kept it for Paris. It's a nice, big, bag and it zips up so there's no chance of anyone getting in my bag. I also have my camera for pictures, my vlogging camera because when I come back I am re-launching my YouTube channel and my Polaroid camera. I love my Polaroid camera as it means I get to keep the memory forever physically rather than digitally. I have to take a book, I can't go away without one and then there's my perfume, purse and hairbrush which are just your normal items. I do have to get a small umbrella as I can't take my big one.

And that's it all the products I have brought with me from Beauty to Fashion and now my Misc products.

My 2015 Goals ox

Hey Guys!!

It's now 2015 and that means thinking about what I want to achieve this year personally and 'work'. I am happy to say this year I am starting it right by having a job and I am enjoying it so much.

I didn't want to make to many goals this year as I didn't really achieve last years goals at all as it was a very hectic and chaotic year. So this year I am thinking logically and thinking about things that I actually want to achieve.

I am splitting my goals in to 3 areas, Blogging, YouTube and Personal.

Blogging

- Stick to my schedule as best I can of Monday, Wednesday and Friday posting.

- Reach 200 readers/followers by the end of the year.

- Quality over quantity.

- Use Social Media to its best ability.

YouTube

- Stick to my schedule of uploading.

- Reach 30 Subscribers by the end of the year.

- Get better at editing.

- Use Social Media to its best ability.

Personal

- Be Happy.

- Go on more Date Nights with Llewellyn.

- Make the most of opportunities that may arise.

- Live every day like there's no tomorrow.

And that is it, they are not to to hard that there is no possibility of achieving them and hopefully I will along with putting in the work to achieve them. Thing is I love blogging and I love vlogging for YouTube so why not push them both to the best they can be.

Bonfire Night!!! Vlog #1 ox

Hey Guys!!

So as you know I started vlogging again yesterday, stop going on about it Vikki!!, I didn't realise though how much footage there was to edit and forgot how long it takes. As you know the videos will go live everyday at 5pm and then I will share it on here at 6pm :)

In this video, as you can tell by the title, I had family around for Bonfire Night. We had burgers and hot dogs, set off a load of fireworks and just had a right laugh all together :)

New YouTube Channel ox

Hey Guys!!

As some of you may know for a while I used to Daily Vlog but stopped as I had a lot of stuff going on and wasn't enjoying it any more. For the past few weeks I have been back and forth on whether to start again, talking to my family about it and my Husband and they were all for it. So I have officially decided to start vlogging again :)

This time around its going to be more organised and scheduled, rather than just uploaded at random times. Also this time round I have asked which of my family and friends would like to be in it so sometimes you might hear a voice but not actually see a face :)

Videos will go live on my Channel at 5pm everyday and then I will share them on here with you lovely readers at 6pm.

It would probably also be a good idea to state when I am starting which is today, 5th November and the video will go live tomorrow at 5pm, then on here at 6pm. So if you're not already subscribed before the video goes live you will get to see it on here :)

A Little Break ox

Hey Guys!!

As you may have noticed I haven't posted for the past week, I know it's terrible as I have a really good posting routine now, but if you follow me on Twitter or have seen on my Facebook page I have had really bad writers block.

I just couldn't seem to get any inspiration from anywhere so there was a lack of posts. I know I shouldn't have to explain as sometimes its good to have a break but I have a duty to you readers to provide beautiful pictures, along with great, readable content. I also have to enjoy what I am doing so that's why I needed the break.

The good thing I got from this little break is that I have decided to start Daily Vlogging again from the 5th November which means you will get a post every day at 6pm sharing my video as well as my usual 3 posts a week on a Monday, Wednesday and Friday which will be live at the new time of 10am. I wanted to get myself organised for a long time and now I have decided to Vlog again it has been the kick up the bum :)

My New Channel

Hey Guys!!

 

So if you seen my post yesterday you will know that I have a weekly channel :) Well after I did the post I put it under construction as I want it to link in with my blog, so I needed a new channel name and URL :)

 

So after doing it for hours yesterday and today I can finally say its done :)

I have given it the same name as my blog so it definitely all links in and there will be videos every Sunday :)

YouTube Survey

As you all know I have two YouTube Channels

 

TheVikkiHale

&

TheVikkiHaleWeekly (under a revamp)

 

I am in the process of possibly changing the names of my Channels as I'm not sure about them now, as I think I want something a bit more catchy and memorable!!

 

Anywho I wanted to find out from you lovely followers or whoever reads this post, what you guys like when it comes to content.

 

My first channel TheVikkiHale is my vlogging channel so this is the channel where I film, edit and upload everyday. Sometimes its interesting, but because I also have a job sometimes its not so interesting, but I still make sure I upload some footage even if it is just me rambling on!! I must also say I do love vlogging and I do also love watching vlogging channels such as The Shaytards, BFvsGF and CTFxC!!

So what I want to know is

Do you guys enjoy watching vlogging channels?

If you do, do you mind if its not always interesting or do you like something interesting more often?

 

My second channel TheVikkiHaleWeekly is as you can tell by the name my weekly channel, where I upload videos such as baking, DIY, hauls, during certain months they're themed, i.e. Christmas, Easter, etc. I also film these in better quality as I use a DSLR camera not my vlogging camera.

What I would like to know is

What sort of things do you like to see with these sorts of Channels?

Is there anything you would like to see, i.e. beauty hauls, reviews, etc.?

 

I am asking these questions as I want to be making decent, quality content that you guys are going to watch, as I want to make the most of my channels this year, as it is also coming up a year that I have been vlogging and want to keep doing it whether its to 10 viewers or 100 viewers, I love every second of it. I would just like to know what you guys think :)
