My 2015 Goals ox

Hey Guys!!

It's now 2015 and that means thinking about what I want to achieve this year personally and 'work'. I am happy to say this year I am starting it right by having a job and I am enjoying it so much.

I didn't want to make to many goals this year as I didn't really achieve last years goals at all as it was a very hectic and chaotic year. So this year I am thinking logically and thinking about things that I actually want to achieve.

I am splitting my goals in to 3 areas, Blogging, YouTube and Personal.

Blogging

- Stick to my schedule as best I can of Monday, Wednesday and Friday posting.
- Reach 200 readers/followers by the end of the year.
- Quality over quantity.
- Use Social Media to its best ability.

YouTube

- Stick to my schedule of uploading.
- Reach 30 Subscribers by the end of the year.
- Get better at editing.
- Use Social Media to its best ability.

Personal

- Be Happy.
- Go on more Date Nights with Llewellyn.
- Make the most of opportunities that may arise.
- Live every day like there's no tomorrow.

And that is it, they are not to to hard that there is no possibility of achieving them and hopefully I will along with putting in the work to achieve them. Thing is I love blogging and I love vlogging for YouTube so why not push them both to the best they can be.

Hey Guys!!
 
Can't believe the time has come again to be setting another 5 monthly goals :O Seriously where is the time going!!!
 
I think I done a little better in April because in March I did 3 out of 5 goals and was hoping to have achieved a little better :) Lets have a look shall we :)
 
Write Down Anything Good/Positive That Happens  (Done) - I'm going to carry this goal over as I still think is a great thing to do and I can look back at all the good things that happened over the year :)
 
Post At Least 3 Times A Week (Done) - Now I have finished work I will now have more time to blog so I am going to try and post at least 3 times a week for you guys :)
 
Organise My Social Media (Done) - This is going to be more of a tidy up and I am also thinking of setting up a Twitter account that is just for this blog which I think would be so much better and easier for me to keep a track on blog readers, etc.
 
Read 2 Books This Month - I have been doing really well with my reading goal and am now on my 4th book, but excluding the book I a currently reading I want to finish at least 2 books :)
 
Bake At Least Twice A Week - So as I said above I have finished my job and will now have more time to bake and so you can look forward to a lot more baking posts in the future :)

3 out of 5 goals!!!

So I did the same as last month which is good to be honest, it means I'm actually sticking to something, normally I would've gave up on them all. This month though I want to push and do all 5 :)

So lets take a look at what I have set my self this month :)

 
Read 2 Books This Month - April for some reason seemed to be a really busy month so didn't seem to have much reading time at all, so this month will hopefully be calm and I can get this done :)
 
No Spending, More Saving!! - This month seen me leave my job due to a lot of illness so now I won't really have a lot of money, so I really need to save rather than spend this month (other than on bills of course) as I do have a few holidays coming up :)
 
Finish Painting Our Bedroom - The only thing left to do in our bedroom is to paint it white so that it will be nice and bright, I have started it just needs finishing and I think a month will be plenty of time to finish it :)
 
Bake At Least Twice This Month - I have carried this goal over but tweaked it so that it was for the month rather than a week, I think I knew I wasn't going to actually be able to do it every week :)
 
Post At Least 4 OOTD Posts - There is a few little things we will be doing this month so I will be posting some OOTD's for you :)
 
As I've said I have been finding it so much better setting myself goals for the month, its actually been making me feel happier in life as I get to the end of each month and find I achieved them :)

April Mini Goals

Hey Guys!!
 
Oh My Gosh!!! Its April already, where is the time going!?!
 
Once again it is that time of the month where I set myself some goals to carry out through the month. First though lets take a look at my March goals :)
 
Exercise 3 times a week - I have been getting back into my fitness slowly and want to keep this up as I have been feeling so much better after I exercise, plus it is making me feel more confident in my own skin :)
 
Take time out to read a book (Done) - I have actually set myself the goal of reading 20 books this year, you can see that post here, and have been doing really well, I am now on my 3rd book. I just need to set aside maybe an hour or two just to sit and relax and just enjoy a good book :)
 
Write down anything good/positive that happens - I want to write down something positive that has happened during the day or whenever it happens and put it in a jar :) I'm then going to look back at these things either at the end of every month or at the end of the year :)
 
Keep a diary (Done) - I have been writing daily in a diary anyway but instead of just writing what I done that day I want to start including how I'm feeling that particular day and hopefully I will notice that the positive outweighs the negative :)
 
Take more photos (Done) - With this goal I find I have so many cameras, on my phone, ipod, digital camera and I rarely take photos :( so I think taking more photos will be such a great thing to do as those memories/moments are then forever captured and you can look at them whenever you want :)

3/5 goals completed is not bad. I can definitely say I slacked a lot on the exercising front, I just couldn't seem to motivate myself at all and with the writing anything good/positive down, I was having a really bad month so I didn't really have anything good/positive to write down :(

Onto my April Goals :)

March Mini Goals

Hey Guys!!
 
This month hasn't been a very good month for me as I have been ill a lot and my moods have not been the best, shall we say, I apologise to my poor husband as he normally gets the brunt of it :(
 
Due to that my blog, vlogging and weekly videos have been sparse and I actually haven't filmed or blogged for the past week as I decided to take a break.
 
March is going to be different because the result I got from this little break is that I have been able to clear my head of everything negative and have started thinking positively :) I now want to keep this going and make sure I don't fall into that trap again :)
 
So I am setting myself some goals for the month that will help keep me on track, I actually got the inspiration for this from the blog Being Little :) You can see her mini goals here :)
 
So these are my goals :)

Personal Goals For 2014

Hey Guys!!
 
I have been sat here for the past couple of days thinking what do I want to achieve with my life this year and what personal goals I want to complete :) I know there are a lot of goals posts but I do enjoy reading them as it gives me inspiration to achieve my own goals :)
 
I know I already done a post on my goals for the year, which you can read HERE but I ended up thinking of some more :)
 
So here it goes more goals to add to my list :)
 
1. Be Happier & Enjoy Myself I want to be able to be happy within myself as sometimes I have days where I don't want to get out of bed which completely sucks, so I'm going to have positive quotes around the flat and tell myself something positive as I wake up, even if it's as simple as 'Today's Going To Be A Good Day'
 
2. Get Back Into A Sleeping Pattern My plan for this is to be in bed by 10:30pm at the latest and then to be up at 6:30am and that works out to 8 hours sleep, hopefully then I will start feeling more refreshed in the mornings
 
3. Make More Time For Friends This year I have lost friends, but I still have 2 amazing friends that I hardly see as we are either working or we are busy, so I want to make time to just pop to their houses or go out for meals and just generally hang out with each other 
 
4. Have More Date Nights With Llewellyn This is because Llewellyn has 2 jobs so when he gets nights off we tend to want to spend time with each other, so I'd like for us to go for meals, have days out and one thing I want us to do is go for picnics I the summer
 
I'm very determined this year to achieve these goals as I want to make the most of these times as you do only have one life and you have to make the most of it :) cheesy I know :) I also hope this post gives you some inspiration as many of these type posts have given me :)
