Primark Haul Part 2

Friday, 15 May 2015

Hey Guys!!

As I said in yesterdays post here is the rest of what I bought in Primark and also what I got in Asda. You can see the first part of the post HERE if you want to see what clothes I got.

Accessory wise I did only get things for my hair as I don't wear jewellery, other than my wedding & engagement rings. I love flower crowns lately as it brings life to your style with out going to far. I also picked up these headband bows as I thought these are quite vintage and would look so nice with a bun. These were £1.50 to £2.50.

Being the Disney fan I am I really couldn't leave these flip flops behind and I don't usually wear flip flops. I am a bit scared to wear them though as I don't want the picture to come off. I also picked up these grey sandals as I thought these would look great with my cropped jeans. Then I picked up these nude wedges which I am wearing today at a Wedding. These all ranged from £2 to £14.

I then couldn't resist getting a new bag. The thing is I like to have a range of bags to use on nights out and when we go for meals as not all bags go with certain outfits. This bag is quite big so will fit a lot in, this was £6.

As I said in a previous post I needed short pj's as all I seem to own is winter pj's. Do you see a pattern emerging here? I picked up more Disney items, I thought these were gorgeous, especially the Cinderella ones, I actually love the shorts on the Care Bear ones. These were all £10 in Asda.

I then picked up some slippers as they will be easier to pack for the holiday than my boot slippers, these were £3. I also picked up a bandeau as a lot of my tops are off the shoulder so thought it was a good idea to get, this was £4. The socks I actually got in Peacocks and they are knee high, they will look great with my short pj's and my night shirts, these were £5 each.

And that concludes everything I bought. I am glad I did a big shop like this as I won't need to go shopping for a while now as my wardrobe is now all up to date for me.

Hope you enjoyed this post!!

Shopping Haul ox

Tuesday, 23 December 2014

Hey Guys!!

I decided to pop into my local town centre last week as I had some Birthday and Christmas money and thought I would treat myself, I also had to get some things for work.

I won't go into detail about it all, only because I haven't really worn any of it yet properly.

All of the above pictures are what I bought from Primark. The white tshirt, black cardigan and black socks are for work. Also if you are wondering what the Owl clothing is, it is a onesie.

These boots are from Shoe Zone and are for work.

These jumpers are from Peacocks and were actually on a 30% off full price offer. I have been wearing these to work and are such cute jumpers.

I then went to Argos to get a watch as I really needed one for work.

I hope you enjoyed this post. If you would like to know how much any of these items are I can update this post with prices.

Primark Haul :)

Tuesday, 8 April 2014

Hey Guys!!

Today I decided to go shopping with my sister as I needed to pick up a few things for Scotland next week.

Of course we hit our favourite store Primark and I must admit all the stuff in there at the moment is amazing and just didn't know what to get. I was looking for a blazer to go with my dress for the Wedding and an outfit to wear while we are there :)

I didn't find the blazers straight away as they have moved the store around and they are now downstairs, at the back of the store. I found a gorgeous black, blazer, its not to heavy which I like as I don't like to be 'weighed' down. Its got longer sleeves, unlike my blue one that has 3/4 sleeves. I wanted a black, blazer anyway as I think it will go with everything but I tried it with my dress for the Wedding and it looks like I'm wearing Llewellyns suit jacket.

This particular blazer was £15

Once I found my blazer, I went and looked over at the tops. Their tops they have at the moment are gorgeous and could have bought them all. I was particularly intrigued with the baseball style tops, they had quite a few different styles, but I loved this one. I just loved the style, as it is like a normal V-neck t-shirt but a bit baggier and a really nice vintage Pepsi logo :)

This was £6

I then went and had a look at the bags as I wanted to get a nice colourful bag to use. Instead of going for my usual black bag, I noticed this gorgeous coral coloured bag and decided to step out of my usual comfort zone and get it :) What's nice is the texture of it as it looks like snake skin but obviously isn't :)

This was £6

I also picked up another pair of super soft skinny jeans as I bought these before and loved them, but these are a bit darker than the other ones I have. They are so stretchy which is great because I can move around easily :) and they are just so comfortable :)

These were £11

We also quickly popped into Superdrug and Peacocks. In Superdrug I picked up some MUA Primer as I'm starting to run out and I just love their Primer, you can wear it underneath foundation or on its own, it makes my skin so soft and velvety :) In Peacocks then I seen these really cute bow clips and thought I might use them in my hair at the wedding :)

Primer is £4 and the clips are £2.50

I hope you have enjoyed this haul post and that it has maybe inspired you to try something new or just inspired you to go shopping :)

Outfit of the Day: 8th Feb

Wednesday, 12 February 2014

Hey Guys!!

I haven't done an Outfit of the Day for a while as I haven't really been anywhere, especially with the weather as it is at the moment, but I did venture out Saturday night for a few drinks.

As it normally does, it took me a while to decide what I wanted to wear and after sending a few pictures back and forth I finally decided on my outfit.

I didn't want to wear something to dressy or casual, so sort of met in the middle and went for smart casual.

My black skirt is one I got from BooHoo.com a few years back and it is a bodycon skirt, I did have to have a new zip sewn on though as it broke a few months ago but is good as new now :) If I remember correctly it was about £8

My Jack Daniels top is a vest top and I received this as a gift at Christmas off my Mum and Dad :) I wore this as I love 'vintage' clothing and thought this definitely fell under the casual category :)

Then of course my trusty blue blazer came along for the ride to, which it smartened the outfit up. It didn't really keep me dry or warm though when it started to rain but still I love it, though I think I could do with another blazer in a different colour just so I got some variety :)

Then I wore my black ankle boot style heels from Deichmann :) along with glossy skin tone tights :)

I hope you enjoyed this post, I'm hoping there will be a lot more Outfit of the Days coming up as there is a few things I'm going out and doing over the next few weeks :)

Outfit Of The Day: 12th Oct x

Saturday, 12 October 2013

Hey Guys!!!

So in my previous post I showed you a glam outfit with my peplum top, so now I'm now going to show you it in a casual look :)

Cardigan: Peacocks; Top: George @ Asda; Jeggings: Peacocks
Today we were off to our town centre so wanted to wear something casual yet smart :) So I wore this grey, knit cardigan, it is actually supposed to be for men but I thought it looked really nice and got it for myself :) My top you seen in my previous post so it does smarten up this outfit. My jeggings I had for my birthday one year and are great for general wear and glam wear. This are denim and are lovely for the Autumn weather :)

Shoes: Studio
These shoes I bought for last Autumn/Winter as they are perfect for this weather as long as its not pouring with rain. These are suede with cotton cuffs, they may not be cotton but not 100% what material, they feel cotton though. These are wedged so give me a bit of height and they are really comfortable to wear :)

Well guys I hope you enjoyed this post and I will post another in the next few days :)

Hope You're Enjoying Your Weekend!!! See You Soon xx

Outfit Of The Day: 11th Oct x

Saturday, 12 October 2013

Hey Guys!!!

So last night me and the husband went out with some of our friends for some food and drinks, so obviously it took me ages to choose an outfit, probably a week haha I wanted to wear something smart yet glam and this what I came up with :)

Blazer: Peacocks; Top: George @ Asda; Skirt: BooHoo; Tights: Tesco
I actually didn't buy anything new for this outfit!!! Oh wait yes I did, the tights as I didn't have black tights ha ha So my Blazer I had as an Easter present from Llewellyn about 2 years ago and absolutely love it. The lining of this Blazer is white with a thin, blue stripe, this particular one was from Peacocks. My top is peplum style and is great for general wear and occasion wear. This is from George @ Asda and was £8 so can't go wrong for that as it is quite thick anyway but is also lined. My skirt is a bodycon skirt and is such a lovely skirt to wear, I've also had this for a while. Then my tights are black, opaque and are glossy, I got these from Tesco as a pack of 3 and were only £3.50 :)

Shoes: Deichmann
My shoes I have had for a little while and are so comfortable. These were from Deichmann and were roughly £20 I think but not 100%. They are black, suede and have red bottoms to them and are lace ups.

I hope you all enjoyed this post and look forward to my next post :)

Hope You're Having A Good Weekend!!! See You Soon xx
